Network IVR is a powerful, carrier-grade IVR, designed to enable the rapid development of new revenue-generating voice & video services. Network IVR provides a robust solution that reflects Intervoice's decades of leadership in IVR technologies. And it combines the traditional benefits of an Intervoice system - proven reliability and open, interoperable standards - with additional powerful benefits to your business requirements:

  • Smooth integration of VoIP, SS7, ISUP, WIN, SIP, SIGTRAN and/or INAP
  • Functionality between TDM and IP networks
  • Open Standards (VXML, CCXML, SCXML)
  • High scalability
  • Multi-Service Platform (IVR, Prepaid, Messaging, 3rd Party) Multiple codecs
  • Switching navigation between many endpoints within a single call

At Intervoice, we have designed Network IVR specifically to handle a wide range of network-level IVR functions, to manipulate core signaling parameters, and interact seamlessly with SCP, HLR, SMSC, MMSC, pre- and post-paid billing systems, provisioning systems and other network elements.

Network IVR contains a fully programmable signaling and media switching platform that enables rich call-control applications. It manages telephony connections and call control, improving the efficiency of telephony and media resources, and allowing greater flexibility in the use and distribution of those resources. It can be used to convert everything behind Network IVR to a 100% IP environment.

Additionally, Network IVR is a media and call-control platform that executes speech and touch-tone applications and coordinates prompts, ASR, TTS, CTI and other media resources. It terminates telephony connections (TDM or VoIP) and handles call control, routing, and transfers. Network IVR contains an extensive set of telephony protocol, CTI integration and legacy data host integration options. These enhanced features are powered by a set of web services that provide voice enablement for a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA).
