Q. How much does a course cost?

Course costs vary, see specific course descriptions for detailed information.

Q. How can I pay for the course?

Payment is required two weeks before the course start date.
You may pay for Intervoice training in one of following ways:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
  • Purchase Order (We must have a copy of your purchase order BEFORE you attend the course.)
  • Check (We must receive the check BEFORE you attend the course.)

Q. What is your course cancellation policy?

We often have waiting lists for our scheduled classes, so if you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. Please contact us if you need to substitute your attendance with another participant from your organization.

If cancellation occurs... You are charged...
  Up to 10 working days before course start date: No charge
  One to nine working days before course start date: 50% of course fee
  On the actual course start date or after: 100% of course fee

Course dates are subject to change/rescheduling if enrollment minimums are not met. If the start date of your course changes, you will be notified at least two weeks prior to the original course start date. We recommend that you not book non-refundable airline reservations during this time period.

Q. How do I register for a course?

You can register online by viewing our course schedule and selecting to register to an open course.

Q. How will I know if I am registered for a course?

A confirmation notice will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration and payment. If you have not received a your confirmation notice within 48 hours, please contact us at 972-454-8769.

Q. How do I cancel or reschedule a course?

Course rescheduling is available by telephone or email. Please contact the Intervoice Learning Center at one of the following:

Q. What is your no show policy?

All registered and confirmed students who do not attend a class are liable for the full tuition fee and will be billed accordingly.
